Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalysis differs from psychotherapy in frequency. I see people up to five times per week. Some like to lie on the couch as it can free up your mind. Others prefer to make eye contact , sitting up in chair. Either way works - the frequency allows for a depth that is healing and freeing. You begin to experience life in a different way. Random emotions and events connect and make sense. You are no longer a stranger to yourself. You free up limiting beliefs about yourself and begin to see your own potential.
